Ishikawa Brewery brews and sells Japanese sake, "Tamajiman," and local beer, while operating a museum displaying the company's history as well as the timeline and culture of beer brewing in Japan. We also welcome you to our restaurants for a bit of relaxation and, of course, to enjoy some of our premium sake and/or beer. The whitewashed walls surrounding the premises, housing traditional buildings, which were registered as "tangible cultural properties" of Japan and were formerly used as rooms for aging sake, and the sounds of leaves wafting in the afternoon breeze offer a pleasant setting for recreation and relaxation.
